Throughout my career as a massage therapist, I've witnessed clients return with the same chronic pain and tension over and over again. Each massage session would begin with "I'm still feeling that pain in my lower back" "My neck and shoulders are always tight" "I'm exhausted all the time" "Nothing is helping this nagging pain!" Then I began to see it - how their bodies would move during our intake conversation: shoulders would rise, hips would shift, chest would tighten. Their bodies were speaking long before they found the words! I got curious. I began listening not only to their stories, but also to the tissues beneath my hands. Over time, I started putting the pieces together: chronic tension wasn’t just physical. It was emotional. It was energetic. It was stress the body had been holding onto for far too long.
Combining my experience as a licensed massage therapist with my training as a certified holistic life and wellness coach, I developed a customized 12 week program designed to uncover the connection between chronic pain and fatigue and stress.
